Special delivery information during sales periods

Since we print your posters once the order is placed, our warehouse experiences extra busy periods during Black Week and Christmas Sale due to the large number of orders. Therefore, there may be extended delivery times for your order. Order prioritized packing to ensure delivery before Christmas.

How do I know when my package will arrive?
You will receive an email as soon as your package has been shipped from our warehouse. From the time you receive that email, it usually takes 1-3 business days before the carrier delivers your package.

Delivery times

Delivery in DK: 1-3 business days.

Delivery in EU: 2-8 business days.

Delivery outside the EU: 2-8 business days.

Delivery

Orders are delivered by courier service to home address or parcel shop as stated in the delivery terms at checkout. Delivery time is typically within 2-4 business days. In case of delayed delivery, you will be informed of the reason for the delay, and you will receive a new estimated delivery time. If you do not accept the new delivery time, you have the right to cancel the purchase.

Receive at nearest parcel shop with Bring: 39 DKK
Home delivery with Burd: 49 DKK.
Home delivery with Bring: 89 DKK.
Home delivery of 100x140 frame 199 DKK. 

International shipping prices

Shipping prices appear at checkout. For orders outside the EU, customs duties may apply, for which Peléton is not responsible.

 

Delivery of posters

When the order consists only of posters (i.e., without frame added), your poster is sent in a Peléton poster box. Only some of our posters are in stock, but to avoid environmental waste, we only print some products once the item is purchased and ordered. Delivery time is typically 2-4 business days in Denmark.

 

Delivery of posters, frames, and glass

When you order a poster, a frame and glass, or only a frame and glass, or only a frame, your order is sent in a Peléton poster box for safe transport of frames. 

 

Delivery risk

Peléton assumes the risk that the goods are damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. In case of return, you assume the risk that the goods are damaged or lost; read more about this in our FAQ.
